What is escrow?

Escrow means the buyer pays through FIVESOM, but the freelancer does not receive the money immediately. The payment is held while the work is being completed.

How payment protection works

The buyer pays through an approved FIVESOM checkout method.
The order becomes active after the payment is confirmed.
The freelancer delivers the work through the order page.
The buyer accepts the delivery and payment is released to the freelancer wallet.

What happens next?

If the delivery does not match the order, the buyer can request a revision or open a dispute before accepting.
